Stockport Council run ‘Stockport Business Incubation Centre’ (SBIC) is hosting a series of FREE TO ATTEND Product & Service Development Workshops – “How to launch solutions that meet your customer’s needs & increase profitability”.
The three workshops each consist of four hour modules & will deliver an understanding of how to research & collect the data on your customer’s needs; How to manage a development project; How to translate customer needs into your product or service development process & how to launch your solution that exceeds customer expectation.
Part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, applicants must be able to attend all three sessions in order to qualify for the FREE places:
Session 1: Monday 6th July; 9am – 1pm
o The habits for effective Product & Service Development
o Managing timelines & working to a process
o Knowing your market
o A process for developing & delivering solutions
Session 2: Monday 20th July; 1.30pm – 5.30pm
o Market insight & segmentation
o Road mapping and setting the vision
o Testing new ideas
o Building the value proposition
Session 3: Monday 27th July; 9am – 1pm
o Establishing the value and price point
o Translating customer requirements into specifications
o Product & Service Launch
o Maintaining & Managing your product or service
The workshop programme will be delivered by Tarigo Product Management, who has an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality training throughout Europe and the USA across blue-chip, mid-market and start-up companies.
The training takes a holistic view of a product’s lifecycle from initial idea right through to product withdrawal. As a result, the training is delivered with the bigger picture in mind whilst providing the tools and skills necessary for successful navigation through every stage of a product’s lifecycle.
