Ford Retail, the factory owned £1bn-turnover dealer group, has expanded its Polar Ford dealership in Stockport, buying an adjacent dealership site previously occupied by Jaguar (pictured).
Polar Ford’s old showroom will become a CV centre
displaying up to six models of vans with an outside used
vehicle area for 30 vans, while the enlarged dealership
forecourt will have the capacity to display over 100 used
cars.
The new site opened on New Years Day to offer
services to motorists in Stockport and the Manchester area.
Polar Ford regional director John Leeman said: “We’re very pleased that we have been able to go ahead with this major investment despite the difficult economic climate.
“The new site promises to provide our customers with an enhanced experience whether they are looking to buy a car or a commercial vehicle.”
Polar Ford operates eleven other sites across the North West and Yorkshire.
