FLIGHT DELAY ADVISORS MOVE INTO ORBIT DEVELOPMENTS REGENT HOUSE

A company specialising in retrieving customer compensation for delayed flights has become the latest business to move in to Orbit Developments’ Regent House.

UK Flight Delay retrieves compensation for customers who have experienced a three hour or more delay flying from, or returning to, an EU airport.

The start-up company, which was launched last month by entrepreneur Chris O’Hare, has been set up to help consumers gain access to compensation that many don’t realise they are entitled to, following a ruling in 2004 that means passengers on delayed flights can claim money back.

The launch coincides with recent court judgements that have backed consumer rights over flight delays and could pave the way for even more successful claims.

Chris explains:

“It’s estimated that there is around £6.5billion of unclaimed compensation in the UK due to delayed flights, but unsurprisingly the airlines aren’t promoting the fact that people can claim. 

“We are helping customers access the compensation they are entitled to on a no win, no fee basis.  Although we’re a small business at the moment we’re ambitious, which is one of the reasons we chose Regent House and Orbit Developments.

“We were looking for a flexible deal in a building that is conveniently located and provides a great first impression.  The recent refurbishment of Regent House’s reception area does just that.  We also have easy access to the Business Lounge, which is great for meeting and break out work areas.”
