Founders and organisers, Clarke Nicklin Chartered Accountants, are encouraging businesses big and small to get their entries in for this year’s Stockport Business Awards.
With just five weeks to go to submit applications ahead of the 27th May deadline, Clarke Nicklin are highlighting the variety of categories available for firms of all shapes and sizes in the borough to enter.
There are fourteen categories businesses can enter this year, which vary from Business of the Year all the way to Most Promising Young Business. All categories are free to enter, and submissions can be made for multiple categories.

- Business of the Year (over £5m) sponsored by Pioneer Group
- Family Business of the Year sponsored by Clarke Nicklin Financial Planning
- Marketing Campaign of the Year sponsored by Marketing Stockport
- Best Digital/Creative Agency sponsored by Dawn Creative
- Best Not-for-Profit Organisation – sponsorship still available
- The Innovation Award sponsored by SMBS & Stockport Economic Alliance
- Corporate Social Responsibility Award sponsored by musicMagpie
- Most Promising Young Business sponsored by GC Business Growth Hub
- Employer of the Year – sponsorship still available
- Taste of Stockport – sponsorship still available

Businesses can now head to the Stockport Business Awards website where they can enter online. Entries will close at 5pm on Friday 27th May and judging will take place in June.
