Following a surge in residential property transactions in the North West, Stockport law firm SAS Daniels has announced a string of appointments to its conveyancing department.
In the Stockport office, three new hires have joined the residential conveyancing team. Louise Smith has been appointed Senior Conveyancer, Andrew Riley joins as Conveyancer. Charlotte Jones has also joined the team as Senior Conveyancing Assistant.
Elsewhere in the firm’s Macclesfield office, Danni Bedford has been appointed as a Conveyancer, and Melanie Daniels as a Conveyancing Assistant.
The housing market both nationally and in the North-west has been buoyed after a complete shutdown during the coronavirus lockdown due to a release in pent up demand, and the introduction of a Stamp Duty holiday.
Head of the Residential department at SAS Daniels, Nigel Read (pictured), said of the new conveyancing recruits:
We have welcomed five fantastic additions to our Stockport and Macclesfield offices who will work closely with our clients at every stage of the conveyancing process. They bring a wealth of experience and local knowledge to our team.
“We’re in the fortunate position that we are able to grow our team. Across our four offices, our conveyancing teams have experienced exceptional demand due to the stamp duty holiday and pent-up demand after lockdown.”
