
Stockport based Fairhurst Estates is on the lookout for either freehold or leasehold sites on behalf of their client, NTS.
NTS, whose Head Office is in Regent House on Heaton Lane in Stockport town centre, is looking to expand its successful roadside operation and has asked Fairhurst Estates to acquire suitable sites throughout the UK.
Potential sites should be between 2,500 and 5,000 sq ft at ground-level on a prominent roadside location with 6-12 car parking spaces and direct access onto a main arterial route.
Peter Knight of Fairhurst explained:
“NTS have an aggressive growth strategy to expand their presence throughout the UK. They are particularly interested in roadside properties where potential sites have previously housed an existing tyre/exhaust centre or motor trade showroom & workshop. Former petrol stations, trade centres and industrial / warehouse units or buildings for conversion could be a potential site for development”.
