FAIRHURST PROJECT MANAGE HEAD OFFICE SCHEME FOR VIKING INTERNATIONAL

Stockport centre based Fairhurst Estates have been instructed to undertake a refurbishment of the Viking International Head Office in Glasgow.

Following on from the purchase of an adjacent two storey building previously used as flats, Viking instructed FEL to provide a detailed scheme to convert the accommodation into offices and interlink the building with their existing offices; creation of a new customer reception area; the provision of a new staff canteen; installation of a new archive racking system and external refurbishment.

FEL produced detailed drawings and specification, including room by room data sheets to show the colour scheme and finishes to be used in each area, obtained Building Warrant and Planning Permission for the development
and are now Project Managing the works on site.
