Stockport based Fairhurst Estates Limited’s client and UK rental firm Hewden have broken ground on its latest development on a 3.35-acre brown field site in Bedford.
FEL are acting as the Project and Contract Administrators for the £1.6 million rental depot which will offer general plant, access and cranes. Construction is set to take just four months to complete and scheduled to open in August 2014. At least one member of the FEL team will be down on site in Bedford every week for the duration of the project.

Hewden CEO, Kevin Parkes, said:
