Fairhurst Estates acquire 5 new NTS Autocentres

Stockport based Chartered Surveyors and Property Specialists Fairhurst Estates have acquired 5 new NTS Autocentres for National Tyre Service Limited.

The 5 new centres are geographically spread throughout the UK: in Hendon (London), Bridgwater (Somerset), Peterborough, Sheffield and Rotherham.

The Hendon and Bridgwater sites have already been completed, are open for business and already trading.

Peterborough will start trading this month and fitting out works have started in Sheffield.

Rotherham is part of a new development which will be completed in December this year.

National Tyres currently operate from 237 locations throughout the UK.

Fairhurst Estates Limited (FEL) are retained to acquire new units for National Tyres throughout the UK to aid their expansion programme, offering a seamless service from site identification, acquisition and Project Management of the fitting out process through to depot opening.

FEL manage 1000+ properties throughout the UK, recently completing a nationwide disposal programme of circa 100+ properties (both Freehold and Leasehold), and provide a 24×7 maintenance helpdesk utilising an IT system that provides for full interactive web based access.
