To further improve service and maintain their position as the North West’s largest residential and commercial auctioneers, Edward Mellor have made several positive changes in order to keep up with the increasing demand to sell through auction.
The Auction department now occupy the newly renovated suite on St. Petersgate, Stockport, which also houses a dedicated Financial Services department. This new partnership is a one stop shop for buyers and vendors alike to find properties and get advice on the latest mortgage and insurance products on offer.
The company are also in the process of recruiting several Sales Consultants. Unlike traditional viewing reps, these Sales Consultants will be full time employees who are highly trained in delivering extensive knowledge of our Auction lots, the local market for sales and rentals, the latest finance deals and of course the auction process itself. We believe that this change will add to the viewing experience and deliver better results for vendors.
In other news, Edward Mellor are also pleased to announce the addition of Richard Lea as our new Auction Surveyor. Richard brings with him a wealth of experience and an established knowledge of the property market across the North of England and a reputation for providing clients with the best advice within both the private and public sectors.
