Three businesses have taken up office space at the recently refurbished Eden Point office building, just off the A34 in Cheadle Hulme.
As reported by Place North West, Canning O’Neill and Williams Sillitoe, who have acted on behalf of developers Bridge Properties, have announced three tenants have been secured, with an additional two close to signing deals on suites.
Computer consultancy, WebQuarters Group, educational technology business JTRS and dental health company Clear Orthodontics will take up a total of 6,000 square feet of office space at Eden Point.
The 31,000 square foot Eden Point is offering the remaining space in suites between 200 and 3,300 square foot. The four storey building has been refurbished to a high standard, and includes a manned reception and in-house café for tenants.
Paul McCann, co-founder of Bridge Properties who manage Eden Point, said:
The building was one of the first in South Manchester to go for a boutique ‘fully exposed’ services look and feel, which has been very well received by occupiers.
“We have also launched Eat@Eden Café Restaurant on the ground floor, which has proved very popular with the tenants offering fresh food and drinks and a great place to meet.”
James Dickinson, director at Canning O’Neill, said:
We have recently instructed solicitors on another two deals so hope to make further announcements soon.”
