A host of festive favourites will be screened for a weekend of Drive In Movies at Hazel Grove Park & Ride, organised by Stockport’s DAB radio station, Strawberry Radio.
The Covid-secure and socially distanced pop-up cinema will take place from November 27th to 29th from 10am to 10pm. A line-up of festive films includes family favourites, Elf, The Muppets Christmas Carol, Home Alone and How The Grinch Stole Christmas, as well as Date Night screenings of Love Actually, and over-18s only viewings of late-night comedy, Bad Santa.
Refreshments will be available, and can be ordered contact-free by telephone, and delivered directly to your, including burgers, nachos and German sausage, plus a choice of hot and cold drinks. Contactless payment and strict social distancing measures will be taken to protect both viewers and staff, with advanced ordering also available. The festive screenings following a successful week of socially distanced cinema in July.
Tickets are priced from £20 per car and can be booked online through the Drive In Movies website, where a full price-list of available refreshments and screening times for the pop-up event are also available.
