Cheadle Hulme based creative and branding agency, Dawn Creative have produced a new toolkit to help guide businesses through the rebranding process.
The toolkit poses a series of topics and questions for consideration for any business that may be considering rebranding or refreshing its brand, including considering an organisation’s mission and values, the psychographics of its customers, how competitors position themselves, as well as how your messaging and brand identity are conveyed.
The toolkit also considers things marketers may not have considered when putting together brand guidelines: tone of voice, the way a business sounds and moves, brand archetype.
Dawn Creative also shares the advice for why businesses should consider rebranding, and the reasons that they should decide against the process, explaining:
“The best rebrands are so much more than a logo change. The need for a new look and feel is triggered by a shift in the company’s mindset, positioning, audience, culture, or products and services.”
The whole toolkit should take less than 20 minutes to complete to give marketers a clear idea of where their brand is, and where it wants to be to better reflect its mission and serve its customers.
The rebranding toolkit is free to download from the Dawn Creative website.
