
Cheadle Hulme branding and digital agency, Dawn Creative, has delivered a new brand identity for the Utility Advice Company.
The organisation, which provides independent advice and price comparisons to help consumers switch utilities providers, approached Dawn to help develop a new brand. The organisation felt that there was confusion with a similarly-named competitor and they lacked a distinct identity.
Using their 18º Brand Process, Dawn Creative helped develop the organisation’s overall message and positioning, and created new brand values that would be a true reflection of their ambition and passion.
The new UAC Team brand sets out to celebrate and build long lasting relationships with customers, and stand out from other utility providers’ dated and corporate branding.

The final brand was a fun, vibrant and friendly identity that created a personal feel throughout the language, imagery and graphics and was applied consistently across all media. The logo took on human form in each of the letters and used the three message dots as a device to promote communication and relationships.
