Acting on behalf of client, Datesand Limited, Davies Harrison Real Estate has acquired a 31,906 sq ft warehouse on Bredbury Industrial Park in Stockport for £2.2 million.
The detached storage facility, that was previously owned by luxury furniture retailer, Stocktons was being sold by Roger Hannah & Co.
Datesand Limited had been looking for a suitable warehouse within the Greater Manchester area as their existing facility had been Compulsory Purchased by Manchester City Council.
