
Long-established apprenticeship training specialist, Damar Training is preparing for growth as they enter their 40th year. As part of their 5-year plan, Damar have made several new appointments to focus on growing the business.
Commercial Partnerships Director, Robin Lindsay, will take the lead for the overall growth of provision and programme design. Bringing together his employer-facing experience and his deep understanding of delivery to develop and deliver solutions to employers that have the greatest possible impact.
Diane Flynn is Damar’s new Director of People and Performance. For more than two decades, Diane Flynn has worked in senior organisational change and HR roles, inspiring and leading teams and improving performance at large public and private sector organisations. Diane brings this knowledge and experience into to the role of Director of People and Performance, where she will oversee all Damar’s training delivery.
Newly appointed Business Development Team Leader, Craig Jones, brings over a decade of sales experience and a wealth of knowledge and experience within education including apprenticeships. Craig will be focusing on providing direction, support, mentorship and leadership to the Business Development Team as they work together to establish partnerships with employers.
