Experts from Greater Manchester’s Digital Security Hub and local cyber security businesses will share their insights with the Stockport Digital Business Network when it meets next on 15th March.
Digital businesses based in Stockport are invited to The Light Cinema on Friday 15 March 2024 (11.00am to 1.30pm) for a lively discussion and networking opportunities over buffet lunch. Local cyber security experts will share invaluable insights about future cyber threats, risks and challenges, and the secrets to defend your business at the event, sponsored by Stockport Council.
Marie Hamilton – Microsoft’s Greater Manchester Region Lead and the Network’s Chair – will lead this digital tech event. She will be joined by Stuart Nelson from Greater Manchester’s Digital Security Hub who will address the ‘When, not If’ question of the threat landscape, including some novel ways of thinking differently, getting you to think like the enemy, and simple solutions that provide simple resilience against a wide array of threats to your business.
Marie and Stuart will be joined on discussion panel by local experts sharing their thoughts on cyber security. Plus, hear from Matt Walsh about the Business Growth Hub’s latest innovation programme with available grant funding. Attendees will also have the opportunity to share their your digital business news, information, or upcoming events with the group during the Open Floor session.
