
As many businesses begin to return to their workplaces, customer experience specialists Insight6, have launched a new tool to gather employee feedback on how safe they feel at work after the Covid-19 lockdown.
The Covid-19 Stay Safe Team Checker allows employees to share feedback on any concerns about the workplace and how safe they feel. The system will send an instant, real time notification to a nominated leader in the business to trigger a dialogue between the leader and team members who may need more support and reassurance to sustain a happy return to work.
The Covid-19 safety tool was informed by feedback gathered through Insight6’s leaders’ surveys conducted during the pandemic. Data showed that business leaders are worried about how team members are feeling about the safety of their workplace in the post lockdown world, and how anxious they might feel when asked to return to work during the Covid-19 pandemic. For those already working, leaders asked how their feelings of safety might change as more of their colleagues re-enter the workplace.
