Cornerstone Resources celebrates successful 2024

Cornerstone Resources, a Stockport based HR Consultancy, is celebrating the end of a successful 2024 after having achieved significant growth.

The firm has announced a 50% increase in revenue for 2024 off the back of sustained customer growth. The year has also seen the scheme grow its headcount, as well as the range of services it is able to offer. The team has also moved into new larger premises in Hazel Grove.

Reflecting on a successful year, Robert Birley, Director, commented:

“2024 has proven to be a very successful year for the Cornerstone team.

“Our focus on service has enabled us to grow our core retained HR product by a third over the year whilst also delivering some larger scale projects for the first time.

“We’ve grown the team adding more specialist skills which we are launching to customers in 2025. This includes workplace mediation, DiSC behavioural analysis and a new e-learning product. These products will help us enter new markets, providing support to larger organisations who may not have those specialisms in their in house HR teams.

“We believe that this will help us to accelerate our growth journey in 2025.”
