Stockport-based HR consultancy, Cornerstone Resources, has announced three new hires to drive the firm’s continued expansion.
Andrea Ferguson joins as Senior HR Consultant following a successful career as a Consultant both in the UK and the Middle East. Andrea is also an accredited Workplace Mediator and Psychometric specialist and will help drive Cornerstone’s offering in these areas.
Joe Husbands joins from BAE Systems as HR Advisor. Joe will lead on our Learning & Development offering including the development and roll out of Cornerstone’s new e-learning offering.
Mollie Baylon-Jones also joins as HR & Office Administrator. She will act as systems expert within the team, including the administration of Breathe HR and a new Learning Hub.
The new hires come following the firm’s move into new larger premises in Hazel Grove and a 50% increase in revenue in 2024 thanks to sustained customer growth.
