
Contractor, Graham, has been awarded the contract for the interior fit-out of the The Hut Group’s forthcoming ICON campus at Airport City.
Graham, who are also the contractor on the Poynton Relief Road project, will help create 376,000 sq ft of high specification office and studio space at Airport City for the e-commerce company on the 12 acre site.
The Hut Group will be the anchor occupier at ICON Offices and ICON Studios. When complete, the scheme will have space to house approximately 3000 employees.

The fit-out programme is due to begin this month, with a scheduled handover date in May 2021.
Graham’s appointment by THG at Airport City is part of the contractor’s continued focus on growth in the North of England. The firm has won a number of other construction contracts in Stockport in recent years including the Poynton Relief Road, the £8 million Travis Brow Link Road and the ongoing redevelopment of Adlington Walk in Stockport’s Merseyway.
