Cheadle based business consultancy, JCM Business Solutions, have created a bespoke CRM system to support a local homewares manufacturer in a live trade show.
Kitsch Republic are a female led creative homewares micro-manufacturer with a workshop based in central Reddish. Their predominant sales channel is online; however, they also trade at several artisan markets around Stockport. The business recently won the opportunity to launch new product ranges at Birmingham NEC’s Spring Fair via businessman and former Dragon, Theo Paphitis’ Small Business Sunday initiative.
To ensure this opportunity was fully utilised, Kitsch Republic enlisted Cheadle-based JCM Business Solutions to create a bespoke CRM system to manage contacts, leads and orders in a live trade show setting.
Angela Dennerley, of Kitsch Republic, said:
“We were absolutely thrilled to win the opportunity to showcase our products at Spring Fair this year, a fantastic achievement through the Theo Paphitis #SBS Small Business Sunday initiative, it was amazing to be involved in this industry leading event.
“We wanted to maximise this opportunity and enlisted the help of JCM Business Solutions to create a bespoke CRM system to take with us to the show to escalate the impact that the show would have on our sales growth.”
Marketing Director at JCM Business Solutions, Elle Moran, said:
“We love helping empower small business owners to take control of their business processes and are thrilled to have been able to help Angela and the Kitsch Team see great results through implementing a bespoke Zoho CRM solution for them just in time for the Spring Fair.”
Angela Dennerley added:
“Partnering with JCM and the Zoho platform, we are confident that we will reap the benefits for years to come of implementing a CRM system and overall business management system with Zoho One.
“It was also an absolute pleasure to meet Theo Paphitis and discuss our creative business with him, and our plans for the future.”
