Stockport based C&C Insurance Brokers have completed the second phase of the refurbishment of their head office in Romiley.
The latest phase of transformation has replicated the contemporary style of the firm’s upstairs. The reorganised space offers hot desks and meeting spaces in the form of an open plan booth and meeting rooms. The flower wall, highly popular with staff upstairs, also makes an appearance, helping to separate the distinctly different zones.
The upstairs hub has been really well received by C&C colleagues, with plenty taking advantage of the flexible meeting spaces and the chance to stay on and set up camp at a hot desk for a few hours, following meetings with colleagues.

The Romiley office makeovers have been designed and fitted by Egan Reid.
C&C have also announced the completion of a refurbishment for its Alderley Edge office, which offers an more accessible venue for clients in Alderley Edge and surround parts of Cheshire. Unlike the contemporary feel of the Stockport office, the Alderley Edge location has the feel of a Georgian townhouse that offers a boutique, drop-in office for clients and staff, and has the flexibility of offering client and third-party events and entertainment in a first for the company.
CEO of C&C Insurance Brokers, Malcolm Cooke said:
“I’m delighted with the look and finish of the two properties. Two very different styles but both present us in the kind of light that shows us to be contemporary, relevant and classy. The style and offering of the refurbished Romiley offices are perfect for a hybrid way of working. Likewise, the tone set by the Alderley Edge office will be an attractive proposition to key clients and prospects within the region.
“Thank you to everyone involved in taking these spaces from concept to reality, especially to Nicola Lowrey, who oversaw the project at our HQ.”
