Stockport insurance brokers, C&C, has announced it will be continuing its long-standing partnership with Lancashire Cricket, remaining an Official Partner of the club through to the end of the 2027 season.
The partnership began officially in 2019, although the firm has had a commercial hospitality partnership with Lancashire Cricket Club since 2011. The deal sees C&C continue as the official back of shirt sponsor for the Lancashire Men’s Rothesay County Championship shirt over the next three seasons.
C&C also have in-bowl branding, including across the top of the Upper C stand at Emirates Old Trafford and around the perimeter of the outfield, for domestic and international fixtures taking place at the venue.
Part of the deal also includes considerable support for the Lancashire Cricket Foundation, which uses cricket as a means of benefitting substantial numbers of community groups across all ages throughout the region. C&C MD, Malcolm Cooke was privileged to join the club on both the Dubai and Indian legs of the pre-season tour and was particularly impressed hearing about the work the Foundation delivers and how it contributes to the lives of so many across the region.
Malcolm Cooke, MD of C&C Insurance Brokers, said:
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be extending our official partnership with Lancashire Cricket for another three years! Since 2019, C&C Insurance Brokers has been proud to be an Official Partner of one of the greatest clubs at one of the most iconic grounds in the game.
“However, this partnership isn’t just about business—it’s about passion, community, and creating unforgettable experiences. We can’t wait to welcome our clients back to world-class hospitality and continue building something special with Lancashire Cricket.”
Liz Cooper, Partnerships Director at Lancashire Cricket, also commented:
“We are thrilled that C&C Insurance Brokers have once again committed to a three-year extension of their Official Partner status with the Club.
“Malcolm and his team have been long-term supporters of the Club and we are looking forward to continuing to work closely throughout this next stage of the partnership. It’s an extremely exciting time to be involved with Lancashire Cricket and Emirates Old Trafford, with a jam-packed cricket schedule this summer, both domestic and international, including the visit of both the India Men’s and Women’s teams.”
