Canadian fast-food brand, Tim Hortons, has officially opened the doors to a brand-new drive-thru restaurant in Stockport.
The brand celebrated its launch in Stockport Retail Park on 24th February by gifting the first drive-thru and restaurant customer two medium drinks, every day for a whole year. The drive-thru winner was Dan Moult who arrived at the drive-thru at 1am. The second winner (in-store) was Abdul Qureshi who arrived at 3am this morning.
Kevin Hydes, Chief Commercial Officer of Tim Hortons franchise in the UK commented on the opening:
“Today marks our expansion even further into the North West, opening our fifth restaurant in Greater Manchester. The interest from the community in the lead up to opening has been wonderful to witness, and we have already pleased many local fans today with our renowned offering. Since opening in the region four years ago, our customers have always raved about our great value, convenience and quality food offering, and we will continue to offer exactly that here in Stockport.
“The experience our guests receive is incredibly important and our dedicated team has been working hard to ensure our high levels of customer service are met. We cannot wait to welcome guests through our doors, morning, noon and night.”
To celebrate the Canadian coffee chain’s launch in Stockport, the brand will run a month of giveaways, including free drinks and doughnuts and exclusive breakfast deals to anyone who activates their Tim Hortons digital card, redeemed via QR code, in store or online.
