Businesses in Stockport and across Greater Manchester are being invited to share their views on the current public transport and active travel network in the city-region in a new TfGM survey.
Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) have launched their Business Travel Survey to understand how businesses feel about the existing transport network in Greater Manchester, and what would encourage organisations to take up sustainable ways of traveling for both employees and business operations. The organisation want to hear feedback from businesses in all ten boroughs on the opportunities and challenges for choosing sustainable travel.
Survey findings will be used to inform future advice and services, to improve the way they communicate with businesses, and to shape the development of the Bee Network.

Greater Manchester is working towards an ambitious target for becoming carbon neutral by 2038, and transport plays a significant role in reaching this. Greater Manchester’s transport and travel priorities aim to provide an environmentally sustainable network which is accessible, affordable and easy to use, and that supports long-term economic growth and access to opportunity for all.
Encouraging sustainable travel to and from the workplace, and how customers and visitors get to you, can play an important part in meeting Greater Manchester’s ambitious target for becoming carbon neutral by 2038.
