BUSINESS GROWTH HUB AND SMBC HOST FINANCE FOR GROWTH BREAKFAST

The Business Growth Hub in partnership with Stockport Council are hosting a Finance for Growth breakfast to explain the many ways in which they can help businesses to access the funding that will help business to grow. 

One of a series of events, the Access to Finance team will outline the many sources of funding available to businesses nowadays including banks, venture capital, angel investors and crowdfunding.

The free to attend event will be held at Pepper House in Hazel Grove, Stockport on Tuesday 24th March 2015, 8:00am – 10:00am.

It will also be a great opportunity to learn more about the Digital Co-Investment Fund; with up to £3,000 worth of match-funded support available to companies who are looking to stimulate growth through the use of new digital technologies.

Speakers include:

• Specialist advisors from the Access to Finance and Digital Growth teams at the Business Growth Hub will lead the panel and will answer your questions about the variety of ways that the Hub and its partners can help you to make a real difference to your business.
• Stephen O’Malley, director of Civic Engineering will discuss how they worked alongside the Access to Finance team to secure capital at commercially viable rates which allowed the company to almost double its workforce over the past 12 months.
• Deborah Harrison, Managing Director at A1 Risk Solutions Ltd. will be detailing how the Digital Co-Investment Fund has allowed her company to work alongside key strategic partners to make their offering unique to each individual client.
