Bennett Verby Adam Rhodes was guest speaker at Stockport’s Apprenticeship Conference.
The conference explored and explained the benefits of having apprentices in the workplace, how the system works and offered a greater insight into the Digital Apprenticeship Service. With a total of six apprentices currently being employed at Bennett Verby, with new apprentices being taken on each year, Adam explained the model used in-house and the advantages associated for all.

“The first apprentice employed here was Neil Jones in 1999, who is now one of the company’s directors. Since 2009, one, sometimes two apprentices have been taken on per year at Bennett Verby. There is a 100% retention of apprentices for a minimum of 3 years after completion and similarly, a 100% success rate in qualifications. They are then given the opportunity to be entered into our ACCA exam programme for further qualifications.”
The next round of apprenticeships will be offered in June 2017.
