Marketing Stockport member Bennett Verby is addressing the increase in the number of Polish run businesses run across the North West by introducing a dedicated and Polish team to serve their business needs.
Believed to be a first for the area, the Stockport based financial practitioners have brought together a team of five Polish speaking accountants and bookkeepers to serve their current clients and to introduce new Polish speaking businesses to Bennett Verby, particularly those within the construction and property development sectors.
Bennett Verby’s Polish division is headed by senior accountants Adriana Wyrzykowska and Weronika Nycz (pictured left) who are both members of the Polish Networking Club in Manchester, and will be supported by a team of three Polish speaking bookkeepers.
Mr Verby (pictured left) said:
“Over the past few years we have seen a significant rise in the number of new businesses set up by Polish entrepreneurs in the region.
“Many of these are in the construction and property development sectors. More often than not, these companies have been set up by an individual who was given an initial contract and needed a couple of workers to help fulfil that contract. Since then they have evolved and developed into fast-growing and profitable firms.
“Our team has a wealth of experience advising owner-managed business and this combined with their Polish language skills and in-depth cultural knowledge means they are ideally placed to advise this rapidly growing sector in the North West business community.”
There are currently an estimated 30,000 Polish people working in the Greater Manchester area, approximately 3,000 of whom are running businesses in the North West.
