Mastercall Healthcare, a Stockport based social enterprise providing out-of-hospital healthcare services in the borough and across the North West, has been recognised with a national award for its use of digital technology.
Mastercall Healthcare are ‘delighted and honoured’ to receive the 2021 Medilink North of England ‘Advances in Digital Healthcare’ award, in recognition of its unique partnership with Stockport Council, powered by Dignio.
The partnership has enabled innovative healthcare to the people of Stockport, highlighted by the TEL (Technology Enhanced Living) Service. The service has had a tremendous impact on reducing hospital admissions by 44%. It has also empowered patients to manage their own health and wellbeing through the use of digital technology.
