Avensure are advising businesses that as from April 6th 2014, employers have a legal obligation to display the newer 2009 Health & Safety Posters prominently in their workplace.
Stockport based Health & Safety and Employment Advisors Avensure are warning that failure to comply is a breach of Health & Safety Information for Employees Regulations (HSIER). Employers can continue to display the old 1999 poster or the equivalent leaflet up until April 5th, after which employers must use the newer 2009 version.
