On the Beach has signed for 17,500 sq ft of office space at Orbit Developments’ Park Square scheme.
It will relocate 150 of its staff to the office from its current base in Didsbury. It will include the firm’s travel call centre and administration facilities.
On the Beach is the latest tenant to move into the building since a £1.6m refurbishment programme completed in 2011. Others include engineering firm Jacobs, Royal Mail and Welspun.
DTZ and GVA acted for Orbit Developments.
