Amshire acquire Select Network Services

Stockport’s Amshire IT Solutions Company is on the acquisition trail having bought Wilmslow based
Select Network Services for an undisclosed sum.

Amshire Solutions Ltd, both a Microsoft Partner since 2006 and Dell Registered Partner, have acquired Select Network Services from Wilmslow based Mathew Humphreys and are actively looking for opportunities to grow their business further.

Amshire, established in 1995 by Trevor Taylor and his son David, is located at Oak Green Business Park on the outskirts of Stockport, and provides IT solutions and support services across a diverse range of businesses throughout the UK. Already firmly established as a premium supplier throughout the North West, Managing Director Trevor believes that there are also excellent opportunities to grow their business further in the region:

“When we acquired Select Network Services, we were able to initiate a seamless transfer for Mathew’s clients to our systems and provide additional support through our in-house admin team and our fully qualified field-service engineers.
