We are delighted to bring Bredbury Hall & Country Club to market and we firmly believe that this represents an excellent investment opportunity. It is rare to find an opportunity like this which offers so much potential to operators
“The nature of Bredbury Hall offers a number of potential opportunities to rebrand and reposition the hotel, in particular, the re-purposing of the 16th Century barn which could be utilised as either a wedding venue or spa and leisure facility.
“We believe that as well-established hotel and country club in the north west, interest will be high for this sought-after investment opportunity”.
