
Work is progressing on 3 Stockport Exchange, the third Grade A office scheme being brought forward in the town centre business hub.
The building, which will add a further 64,000 sq ft of commercial office space and a stunning roof terrace to Stockport Exchange, is due to complete in September 2023. Commercial property agents from across Greater Manchester were given a first-look at the scheme to see how it is taking shape and what will be on offer for occupiers.
Work commenced in March 2022 of the fourth phase of Stockport Exchange, a £145 million flagship regeneration project next to Stockport Railway Station which has already brought the likes of musicMagpie, Stagecoach, BASF and Holiday Inn Express to to the heart of the town centre. A 399-space multi-storey car park with green wall façade will also complete in summer 2023.
