
Founders and organisers of the Stockport Business Awards, Clarke Nicklin Chartered Accountants, have now opened entries for the 2020 prize.
The awards are now in the ninth year and will once again take place at the iconic Stockport Town Hall on Thursday 8th October. This year’s categories are:
- Business of the Year (up to £1m)
- Business of the Year (£1-5m)
- Business of the Year (over £5m)
- Family Business of the year
- Marketing Team of the Year
- Best Digital/Creative Agency
- Best Not-for-Profit Organisation
- The Innovation Award
- Corporate Social Responsibility Award
- Most Promising Young Business
- Employer of the Year
- Taste of Stockport
Businesses can enter via the awards website, where they will be asked to submit a short entry form, and upload any supporting documents. There is no cost to enter, and businesses can submit entries for multiple awards. For the first time, there will also be an opportunity to send a short video.
Entries for the 2020 Stockport Business Awards will close on Friday 3rd July.
Organisers and main sponsors Clarke Nicklin are joined by Headline sponsors Gorvins Solicitors and Handelsbanken, this year’s category sponsors include Clarke Nicklin Financial Planning, Marketing Stockport, Ashcroft Creative, Stockport Economic Alliance, Stockport Council and new this year is Mayfield floors.
