Apprenticeship provider, Damar Training, will host a webinar on supporting wellbeing in the workplace as part of its National Apprenticeship Week activities.
Taking place on Wednesday 10th February at 3pm, the Zoom webinar will be hosted by guest speaker Ian Cole, from the Workplace Wellbeing Challenge.
In the session, Ian will draw on his vast experience to give advice and guidance on how to support and promote wellbeing and positive mental health in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on how this can still be done in the current circumstances of remote working and virtual communication.
The session is targeted at managers, supervisors and HR teams and will also include some guidance on how to specifically engage with apprenticeships and support apprentices in the workplace from Robin Lindsay, Commercial Partnerships Director, at Damar Training.
The session is free to attend, and you can register for access to the webinar via Eventbrite. Details of how to access the Zoom call on the day will be emailed to you ahead of the session.
Ian Cole, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health and with a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology, originally trained as a lawyer before a second career in HR where he was Group Head of HR for a FTSE company with over 42,000 staff. He is now the founding director of Workplace Wellbeing Challenge, a specialist workplace health and wellbeing provider.
Unfortunately, the session will not be available as a recording. However, if you are interested but cannot attend on the day, please email the team at Damar Training to be notified of any additional sessions on the topic in the future.
