The revised Supplementary Planning Document “SPD” for the Woodford Aerodrome site in Stockport has been published ahead of the Special Executive meeting on 14th Jan when it will be discussed and voted on.
The SPD cannot make new policy – it interprets local and national policies to guide developers in what is acceptable for a site and how any development should take place.
The new SPD, which you can view here, has been amended following more than 700 comments from over 200 people in last year’s consultation.
