Manchester-based marketing agency Trunk have been announced as an official sponsor of Stockport County for the 2025/26 season.
This new agreement builds on an already strong relationship, with Trunk having delivered numerous successful campaigns for Stockport County in recent years, including an award winning 140-year anniversary kit launch video and the ‘Forever Being Beautiful’ series with former players Ashley Williams and Michael Rose.
As part of their sponsorship of Stockport County, Trunk will maintain prominent pitch-side branding at Edgeley Park.
Adam Britton, Chief Creative Officer at Trunk, commented on the announcement:
“We’re thrilled to announce our sponsorship of Stockport County. This club has always felt like a community asset. Matchdays here feel different. You can see it, you can feel it. The atmosphere, the connection between the fans, the players and the town – it’s something special. It’s not just a football club, it’s a reflection of everything we value.
“We’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the biggest clubs in football, but sponsoring County feels incredibly special. Sponsorship should be more than just a logo on a board. That’s why we’re doing this. We want to bring even more creativity, connection and value to County fans this season, and we’re proud to put our name behind a club that’s clearly on the rise.”
Steve Bellis, Stockport County Club President, added:
“It’s fantastic to have Trunk involved for a number of reasons. Our values are very much aligned in terms of being central to the community. Together, I think we’re going to achieve great things.”
