Stockport Homes Group companies have been nominated for three awards – two at the UK Housing Awards, and one Public Finance Award.
Three Sixty, Stockport Homes Group’s profit-for-purpose construction business founded in 2016, has been nominated for the Contractor of the Year award. Stockport Homes Group itself has also been announced as a finalist for the Landlord of the Year award.
Jenny Osbourne, Chair of the Board at Stockport Homes, said:
To be shortlisted for ‘Landlord of year’ is an amazing achievement. The staff at Stockport Homes work so hard to deliver excellent services to our customers and communities.”
David Wright, Chair of the Board at Three Sixty said:
This is a great achievement for all Three Sixty employees and for Stockport. Three Sixty is a Stockport based business that flourished throughout 2019, despite a challenging financial environment.
I’m very proud that the company is viewed as a unique and forward-thinking contractor due to the great projects the team have completed with a 99.54% customer satisfaction rate and because the company surplus will be reinvested into the local community, changing lives for the better.
We’re up against some fantastic companies in the category we have been nominated for, we wish them all the best of luck too.”
The winners of the UK Housing Awards will be announced at a ceremony in The Grosvenor Hotel, London, on 7th May.
Stockport Homes Group has also been named as finalists in the Sustainability and Social Value category at the Public Finance Awards, with the winners announced at a ceremony in London on 23rd April.
Jenny Osbourne added:
These awards are a terrific opportunity to recognise the success, immense hard work and ingenuity of the individuals and teams who are driving public finance innovation. I’m very proud to say that Stockport Homes are at the forefront of this, always putting customers first.”
