Businesses from across the region came together on 14th May for a high-energy networking event with a difference, as Torque Business returned to CN House at Cheadle Royal Business Park with cars, competitions and plenty of conversation.
Hosted by CN Chartered Accountants, the event combined business networking with a shared passion for cars, creating a relaxed but lively atmosphere for guests to connect. Despite the unpredictable British weather, there was a strong turnout, with attendees making the most of the event’s unique mix of business and automotive experiences.
A major highlight of the event was the contribution from Sytner Jaguar Land Rover, Stockport who helped drive the atmosphere with a premium and dynamic presence that added to the event’s standout feel.

Visitors were also treated to a line-up of various eye-catching display cars, alongside interactive elements that kept the energy high throughout the evening.
Racing simulator challenges from Sim Dynamics proved a big hit, while a live demonstration from Vulpix Detailing drew crowds keen to see expert detailing up close.
Food was provided by Slice of Fire Pizza, keeping guests fuelled as conversations flowed and new connections were made.
The event was captured throughout by Roaming Lens Visuals, ensuring the buzz and activity of the day was documented as it unfolded.
Gareth Jones, Partner at CN Chartered Accountants commented:
“It was great to see so many businesses come together. Torque Business is all about creating an environment where people can network in a way that feels natural and enjoyable – and this year really delivered on that.”
Craig Bennison from Sytner Land Rover in Stockport, added:
“We were delighted to be part of Torque Business 2026 and to support such a dynamic event that brings the local business community together. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our brand, connect with like-minded professionals, and contribute to an engaging and memorable evening. Events like this highlight the strength of collaboration within the region, and we’re proud to be involved.”
Organisers are keen to thank everyone who attended, as well as those who helped bring the event to life, particularly the display car owners, who turned out in force and braved the weather to create one of the event’s main attractions.
