Flexible working is continuing to be examined by many businesses as a viable option for employees, a hot topic for discussion at Marketing Stockport’s recent event held at Equity Housing earlier this month.
Working flexibly can have many benefits and in today’s organisations work is being seen more as something we do rather than a place we go.
As journey numbers increase, the pressure on our transport network grows.
Flexible working not only reduces this impact but can improve productivity, staff retention and staff well-being.
TfGM are running a Flexible Working Workshop along with partner organisations and can help employers who are ready to take the step to increase flexible working for your staff.
The two short events around flexible working are being hosted by Acas who provide impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law.
