Stunning Stockport scenery is showcased in the Vernon’s 2015 calendar for good causes.
Vernon Building Society have created a 2015 calendar featuring stunning photographs of the Stockport area by local photographers, all of whom have given their images free of charge as the calendar will be sold to benefit good causes.
All proceeds from calendar sales will go to the Vernon’s Jubilee Fund which supports local charity and community groups, donating over £10,000 in 2014.
The calendar features iconic scenery such as Marple Locks, Stockport Market, the Plaza, Stockport Town Hall and Bramall Hall to name just a few.
Head of Sales and Marketing at the Vernon, Ian Keeling, said:
“We wanted to raise money for local causes by producing a calendar that celebrated the beauty of Stockport and the skills of the people who live here. We’re extremely grateful to the photographers who submitted a wide variety of photographs, enabling us to really capture Stockport at its finest.”
The 2015 calendar is available from any of the Vernon Building Society’s seven local branches in Stockport, Marple, Hazel Grove, Bramhall, Reddish, Edgeley and Poynton for just £5 with all proceeds going to the Jubilee Fund.
