Stockport based Trust Design & Communications has been appointed by Riverside – one of the UK’s largest social landlords – to redesign their learning and development training materials.
This presents a great opportunity for Trust and Riverside to collaborate and create materials that will make training at Riverside a more engaging and enjoyable process, improving outcomes while reducing their ongoing costs.
As one of ‘The Times Top 100 Not-for-Profit
Organisations to Work For 2013’, Riverside
already places a lot of value on Learning and
Development; by working closely with Trust they
have been able to achieve and enjoy this status.
Managing Director of Trust, Stuart Bradley said,
“We believe that this latest project will enable Riverside to build on their brilliant approach to Learning and Development and will make the most of our skills in producing well designed, easily understood, and great value employer communications.”
Ben Cork, Chartered MCIPD from the Learning and Development team at Riverside added,
“We really believe in valuing and developing our people at Riverside. This project will not only refresh our existing approach, it will also provide us with engaging new collateral that will enhance the experience and ultimately reduce ongoing costs. We know from our excellent working relationship with Trust that they are the right agency to successfully deliver value for money on a project of this scale and importance.”
