Three Sixty Living, part of the Stockport Homes Group, has announced the expansion of its services which now includes home sales as part of its online estate agency and property management arm.
Three Sixty Living already work with landlords across Greater Manchester and have heard the frustrations some of these property owners have experienced when trying to sell or purchase properties. As a result, Three Sixty Living launched their home sales service in mid-April, with an experienced team ready to ensure the experience is positive.
Three Sixty aren’t alone in their thoughts on the sector: a company called WiggyWam released a survey in April 2021 that found 80% per cent of homeowners believe the process of buying a house has remained largely the same or has worsened during their lifetime. Meanwhile just over three quarters also believe the service provided by agents and other players in the industry has also declined or remained static. Three Sixty Living hope their new service that puts people at the heart of the transaction can help to change this view.
David Wright, Chair of the Board of Three Sixty said:
We are very proud to be able to deliver another new service which will bring positive change to an ever-changing industry which is in uncertain times. Every Three Sixty Living colleague is dedicated to creating a better experience for all customers.”
The service is launching with an introductory offer, providing its home-selling service with marketing appraisal, free advertising on Rightmove, a free accompanied viewing for a £995 + VAT flat fee.
Three Sixty is a pioneering, multi-million-pound construction and property management company which was formed to deliver great services to everyone while using its profits to achieve social, community and environmental benefits across Greater Manchester. Their new sales service will help create profits which will in turn assist their goal of helping local communities Three Sixty Living also offers a rental service to landlords which not only absorbs all extra costs that many high-street agents pass onto landlords, but it offers guaranteed rent to landlords too, so they never have to worry about income.
