Stockport Homes has retained its accreditation for customer service excellence for three more years having first been accredited in 2007.
Stockport Homes has now held the prestigious accreditation since June 2007, and will hold the Charter Mark for three more years, subject to annual inspections.
The Assessor said that Stockport Homes has a “corporate commitment to putting its customer at the heart of their service delivery and that the leaders in our organisation actively support this and advocate for customers.”
He also said,
“We make particular efforts to identify hard-to-reach and disadvantaged groups and individuals and have developed our services in response to their specific needs.”
The assessor identifies if he observes practice, which he believes, is an example for other organisations to learn from, this year he identified five including our services too hard to reach customers, our great customer culture across the organisation, the empowerment staff have to deliver services, the reception area and service and our contribution to the wider community.
