Stockport Homes is celebrating a decade of excellence with record Best Companies star rating.
Stockport Homes has achieved the highest possible star rating with Best Companies for 2019, as it celebrates its tenth year of participation.
The three star accreditation recognises organisations that truly excel and reflect ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement.
This is the first time Stockport Homes has been awarded the three star status, following increases against all eight factors used to measure engagement. In particular, ‘Giving Something Back’ and ‘Fair Deal’ were highlighted as areas of success.
Chair of Stockport Homes’ Board, Robin Burman, said,
“To receive a three star accreditation for the first time is a brilliant achievement that we are very proud of. Ensuring that Stockport Homes employees are engaged, happy and motivated is very important to both their development and to help us make a difference to the lives of our customers.”
SHG will find out its place in the Sunday Times, Top 100 Best not for Profit Companies to work for in February 2019.
