A Stockport dance school is seeking corporate sponsors as it prepare to represent Team England at the Dance World Cup, which takes place in Spain this June.
The talented youngsters from Cheshire Theatre School, Reddish will compete against dance schools from across the globe in the hope of retaining their champion status and to yet again bring the medals back to Stockport. The dancers aged 5 to 17 have already seen off stiff competition to be named in the Team England squad competing in San Sebastian later this year.
However, over the coming months, as well as rehearsing, the dance school needs to raise funds to help send the dancers who have been chosen to compete in the Dance World Cup.
This year, the overall junior world champions are offering attractive sponsorship packages available to local businesses, with a range of options available to help Stockport businesses reach a huge potential customer base and boost brand awareness.
Cheshire Theatre School owner, Vickie Goodwin said:
“It is a huge honour for us to be chosen to represent our country at the Dance World Cup again. The calibre of the dance schools that entered is very high, so to be selected is amazing. I’m proud of all the hard work my dancers have put in which has paid off.
“This will be a fantastic opportunity for all the students, and we can’t wait to travel to San Sebastian this June to compete in the competition, but the hard work starts now with rehearsals and fundraising.”
