Stockport County have launched a Prosecco event, a new initiative to attract ladies to Edgeley Park
Stockport County’s fans include ladies too and, to celebrate their support, the commercial team have organised a special Ladies Day High tea and Prosecco event.
Would you prefer afternoon tea in Edgeley over discarded betting slips at Aintree? Do you put footy before fillies?
Stockport County are delighted to be offering our alternative ‘Ladies Day’ at Edgeley Park on Saturday April 14th for the match against AFC Telford, and would love ladies who appreciate Prosecco and a few tasty treats to join them.
Simon Dawson, Commercial Manager at Stockport County explains:
With sandwiches, cakes and the obligatory Prosecco, we hope that the fine ladies of Stockport will find our alternative to our usual hospitality and, of course, the Grand National, a hit.
We will also be joined by the Halle Orchestra youth quartet, who will be serving up their versions anything from Bach to Blurr – it is sure to make the day a classic!
So, as we head into the final furlongs of the season, ladies – why not join us? Or treat your better half to an afternoon of high tea and hopefully a high score? At £36 per person, it is not a gamble, so get those posh frocks and hats out and book now.
