Growth has been secured for iControl, a company set up in 2012, after Hallidays advised and secured alternative funding to enable production to meet demand of their innovative product Football Flick.
As is the case in many successful start-up companies, cash flow can be a hindrance to growth; ‘Football Flick’ was in demand from existing retail customers and potential new customers necessitating an increase in production, a change in manufacturer and additional finance. Mainstream funding was dependent on there being fixed asset purchases in place and therefore an alternative solution had to be sought.
“Sales for ‘Football Flick’ have been excellent but a lack of funds threatened ability to deliver. We provided viable forecasts demonstrating how the business would look after the funding was received so our client could move forward confidently with a sound business plan. As we have access to alternative funding through our business partners, we were able to source funding, negotiate fees and secure the best terms possible.
“The funding has enabled production to meet both sales forecast and current demands allowing for opportunities
both in the UK and abroad and ultimately job creation”.

“By utilising Hallidays’ expertise in negotiating with finance houses, we have been able to raise the finance to move our business to the next level. This has undoubtedly contributed to the growth and development of iControl”.
